How It Works
From the first enquiry to ongoing management, one structured process — not an ad-hoc handoff between departments.
Enquiry & Initial Assessment
You tell us about the property — what's not working, what's coming up for renewal, or what a new building needs from day one. We assess scope, risk areas, and which service lines are relevant.
Site & Technical Visit
Our technical team visits the site directly to assess manpower requirements, existing infrastructure condition, statutory compliance status and any incumbent vendor handover considerations.
Proposal & Quotation
You receive a structured, itemised quotation — staffing plan, technical scope, statutory compliance coverage, and pricing — as one document, not several separate vendor quotes to reconcile yourself.
Agreement & Onboarding
Once the proposal is agreed, we mobilise the on-site team against a documented onboarding and handover plan, so operational continuity is maintained through the transition.
Ongoing Management & Compliance Reporting
Day-to-day operations continue under the agreed structure, with regular compliance status and performance reporting back to ownership — so oversight doesn't stop once the contract is signed.
Structured the same way regardless of property size
- Every enquiry gets an actual technical site visit before pricing — not a desk-based estimate.
- One itemised quotation covering staffing, technical scope and compliance — no hidden line items later.
- A documented onboarding plan, so handover from an incumbent vendor doesn't create an operational gap.
- Ongoing reporting continues for the life of the contract, not just during onboarding.
Start with a building review
The first step is the same for every property: a technical assessment of where things stand today.
